Timothy is a therapeutically endorsed optometrist who graduated from Flinders University in South

Australia. He is passionate about building genuine relationships with his patients and providing

personalised, evidence-based eye care to support lifelong eye health.

After previously practicing on the Central Coast, Tim is excited to be working closer to home and

looks forward to caring for the Castle Hill community. He has a keen interest in myopia

management, paediatric eye care, and advanced contact lens fitting, including orthokeratology and

specialty contact lenses.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Tim is committed to helping every patient feel comfortable,

informed, and confident throughout their eye care journey. Outside the clinic, he enjoys baking,

maintaining his Duolingo streak, and discovering Sydney's best restaurants

Baz is the Clinical Director at Castle Hill as well as our sister practice in Terrigal.

Baz graduated from the University of New South Wales with 1st class honors for his clinical research in dry eye. He subsequently worked for a decade across Sydney, Parramatta and the Central Coast. He has served on the executive committee of 'Young Optometrists NSW/ACT', helping advocate for the profession to raise the standard of eye care in NSW. 

In response to the epidemic of short-sightedness during the COVID-19 pandemic, Baz works with adolescents and children to manage myopia using the latest evidence which includes Ortho-k, Stellest lenses and medicated eye drops. He is a keen advocate of contact lenses including orthokeratology and has achieved certification in specialty paediatric lenses including Misight, Acuvue Abiliti, Paragon CRT and Eyespace FORGE  

Baz speaks English & Farsi and is accepting new patients at Castle Hill.

Sam is Director of Operations at Castle Hill as well as our sister practice in Terrigal. Sam is highly skilled in selecting eyewear that enhances your best features while providing the ideal optical fit. Rather than settling for mainstream styles, he will help you find something unique that complements your face shape, skin tone, and personal style. Sam also has extensive knowledge of lenses, including single vision, multifocal, transitions, custom tints and contact lens options.
 

Sam serves as advisory board member at Vision Connection. Vision Connection is a group of experienced independent optometry practice owners and industry professionals, brought together to support the long-term growth and sustainability of independent optical professionals, suppliers, and industry partners across Australia.
